For Students Supporting Israel, being ALL IN is more than attending a conference. It is choosing to lead when it would be easier to stay silent. It is standing up for Israel on campus when others step back. It is investing in your chapter, supporting fellow activists across the country, and recognizing that every victory, whether it's changing one mind or transforming an entire campus, is part of something much bigger.
This year, we aren't gathering as individual chapters. We are arriving as one team. Every conversation, every strategy session, every new friendship, and every lesson learned strengthens our movement for the year ahead. Like a championship team preparing for its season, we leave this conference with one playbook, one purpose, and one commitment: to outwork the challenges before us and to support one another every step of the way.

Who Can Attend?

You must be a signer of the Jewish Future Promise and a current college student actively involved with Students Supporting Israel on your campus. Priority registration goes to officially registered SSI members — if your chapter hasn't registered yet, visit the membership page first.
What About Travel Reimbursement?

Conference travel is heavily subsidized. Out-of-state students can be reimbursed up to $300 (East Coast), $400 (Midwest & South), or $500 (West Coast). Arrive in South Florida before 12:00 PM ET on Monday, December 21, and book your return for Wednesday, December 23 or later to qualify. Get flight approval from SSI Nationals before purchasing tickets — approval details are sent via email. After the conference, submit your reimbursement request form, which processes within three weeks.
I'm a Local Florida Student — What About Me?

Florida students can be reimbursed up to $50 per day for group transportation to and from the conference — vans, buses, or carpools with 3 or more attendees all qualify.
How Does Registration & the Deposit Work?

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until spots fill — apply early. There's no registration fee, but a $150 fully refundable security deposit is due within 10 days of acceptance via Venmo or PayPal. Deposits are refunded within three weeks after the conference and are only forfeited if an accepted student doesn't attend. Cancel by 11/30/2026 to keep your deposit.
Where Will I Stay?

SSI covers two nights of hotel accommodations, checking in Sunday, December 20 and checking out Wednesday, December 23. Rooms are shared with up to 3 students (two beds plus a sleeper sofa). You can request a roommate, though final pairings depend on total attendance.
What About Meals?

All meals are Kosher-style, with a fully kosher-certified table available for those who notify us in advance. Included: opening night dinner (12/21), breakfast, lunch & dinner (12/22), and breakfast (12/23). Flag any dietary restrictions on your application.
What's the Deadline & Cancellation Policy?

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until the conference fills — the deadline is 11/30/2026. Accepted students must submit their $150 deposit within 10 days. Canceling after 11/30/2026 forfeits the deposit, though extenuating circumstances may be reviewed case-by-case.
What's the Dress Code?

Business casual for all conference programming — no jeans, shorts, or short skirts. Need ideas? Check the "Business Casual" board on the SSI Pinterest.
Will I Have Any Free Time?

The schedule is packed — plan to be present for all official programming on December 21 and 22. Limited free time may open up in the evenings, and students stay with the group during those hours. December 23 is checkout day with no programming; SSI doesn't cover additional hotel nights, so onward travel and plans are on you.
