The SSI Regional Seminars bring together members of our movement to network, exchange ideas, learn, listen, share, and get inspired and empowered. Each seminar creates space for activists in the region to discuss important issues, brainstorm ideas, collaborate and connectv — uniting regional leaders with the broader global SSI movement.

This event is reserved for SSI members and invited private guests and has a limited seating capacity. All attendees must submit an application for approval. If your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the event address and final details to secure your spot.

WHAT TO EXPECT

ACCOMODATIONS

Lodging reimbursement may be requested if you are traveling from out of town, either by flight or by driving more than 2 hours each way.
  • Reimbursement available up to $200 total
  • Attendees are responsible for booking their own accommodations
  • Requests must be indicated in the final question of the application form
​Accommodation reimbursement is limited and subject to approval.

​TRAVEL SUPPORT

SSI offers limited travel reimbursements to help support attendance.

​All reimbursements are issued after the program and require valid receipts and confirmed full participation.

Rideshare (Local Travel)
  • Up to $40 total ($20 each way)
  • Carpooling is strongly encouraged when possible

Mileage (Driving)
  • $0.70 per mile
  • Applies to miles driven after the first 20 miles of your trip (each way
