BEARING WITNESSSince 10/7/23, SSI chapters have led campus-wide commemorations marking the anniversary of the horrific attack on October 7. Through memorial installations, survivor speakers, film screenings, exhibits, vigils, and community gatherings, students create spaces to remember the victims and educate their campuses about the lasting consequences of Hamas' attack.
These programs honor the lives lost and the families forever impacted while providing campus communities with firsthand testimony, historical context, and educational programming that fosters a deeper understanding of the atrocities of October 7 and their enduring impact on Israel, the Jewish people, and the ongoing conflict. |
