Triggered: The Ceaseless Tour is SSI’s ongoing speaker tour featuring IDF reservists sharing firsthand stories from October 7th and beyond.

Launched in spring 2025, the tour quickly became one of SSI’s most impactful campus programs. Through direct conversations with Israeli soldiers, students gain a deeper understanding of Israel, the realities of the conflict, and the people defending their homeland. Soldiers leave equally inspired by the support they receive from students across North America.

At some locations, opposition groups were indeed 'triggered' and attempted to cancel or protest our events, even prompting a public statement from CAIR. .But the backlash only reinforced why this tour matters.

Triggered brings the front lines to campus and cuts through misinformation. It gives students the conviction to defend Israel with the same courage shown by those defending it on the battlefield.
WHY "TRIGGERED"?
The name has two meanings. It's the word campus activists reach for to describe their own outrage. It's also what a soldier pulls to defend their people from terrorists. One of those is a feeling. The other is what actually stopped Hamas on October 7th. These reservists know the difference firsthand, and they're the ones who've earned the word.

SPEAKERS

​The soldiers on this tour are former SSI members themselves - students who once organized events, led chapters, and stood on the same campuses they’re returning to now. They chose to leave behind their university lives to serve in the IDF, and today they come back not just as soldiers, but as SSI alumni with a mission: to share their experiences, inspire our students, and defend Israel both on the front lines and on campus.
