SSI Regional Seminars bring together committed student leaders for a half-day of networking, hands-on training, and strategy sessions led by speakers and the national team.  Applications close one week before the event. Approved applicants receive a confirmation email with the event address and final details. *This event is reserved for SSI members and private guests, with limited seating capacity.

TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENTS

Rideshare

Local arrivals: up to $40 total for Uber/Lyft ($20 each way). Carpooling is highly encouraged if not using public transportation.

Mileage

$0.70/mile for driving, applied to all miles after the first 20 miles of your trip (each way).

Flight / Train

Limited stipends up to $200 for SSI leaders traveling from out of town. Indicate this need on the form below.

Lodging

For out-of-town guests only (flight/train, or 2+ hour drive each way). Limited stipends up to $200 total per person — room sharing is strongly encouraged so a shared stay can be fully covered. Need a roommate pairing? Mark it on the form.

*All reimbursements are issued after the program and require valid receipts plus confirmed full attendance.
