Join us in participating at a free community brunch event featuring two fascinating speakers and a special book gift!
Event Description: This event is celebrating 75 years of the existence of the State of Israel, with a special attention to the wonderful gifts Israel brings by virtue of its being. From Israel’s importance to the Jewish people, to the country’s assistance to its neighbors and ultimately, its contribution to the world. Focus area #1: Israel’s gift to the Jewish people themselves, featuring Law Professor Oren Gross, who will discuss the Jewish people’s quest for self determination and Israel’s realization of this goal. Focus area #2: Israel’s gift to its neighboring states, featuring IDF’s Eyal Dror, who will discuss the example of Israel’s largest humanitarian project, operation “Good Neighbor.” Focus area #3: Israel’s gift to the world, by providing each participant a copy of the book “Let There Be Water: Israel's Solution for a Water-Starved World” by Seth M.
